We establish the scope of the project and get going on architectural drawings.

We will help you make key materials selections that will be the basis for establishing your budget and timeline.

Your final sign-off before the on-site work begins. Let's get building!

You will have a full-time Project Manager working behind the scenes to ensure every train arrives on time and you are kept up-to-date with regular communication. You will also have a dedicated Superintendent overseeing every aspect of the project on-site.

Safety first! We make sure your home is properly protected from the start and demo the areas within your project.

When we can see behind the walls we will address anything unforeseen & ensure everything is in order before beginning construction.

It’s all coming together! Your plans and selections are coming to life.

We walk you through your new home and review all that’s covered in your 1 year warranty.
