For 15 years, the Benchmark Construction team has helped 1,000+ clients build their dreams, but our story started long before then. Benchmark Founder & Owner, Jason Bliss, was born to build. From childhood tree houses to battlefield infrastructure for the Marines, building with a sense of excitement and excellence has been a part of his DNA since the beginning. And now it’s a part of Benchmark, too. 

Founded in the economic downturn of 2008, Benchmark’s stripes were earned in one of the most challenging climates in recent history. We believe being forged in adversity has equipped us to better serve you to anticipate, prevent, and overcome any difficulty facing your projects.

For us, there is nothing better than seeing the smile that beams across a happy client’s face when their space is transformed—because we love creating spaces you love coming home to.
