Carpenter

Joe has been with Benchmark Construction for five years, and as our journeyman carpenter he does everything from demo to framing, tiling, plumbing, electrical, and plenty in between.

Joe loves every part of the construction process, so it’s no surprise that his favorite jobs are whole-home remodels and additions that have the most to tackle. At the end of the day, Joe enjoys every project because no two days are ever the same, and it’s certainly never boring.

When Joe’s not swinging a hammer, he’s been known to be caught in a library, an avid reader who’s previously worked for a library & archives. He also enjoys building things much smaller than luxury homes, and has a collection of hand-built & painted figurines to prove it. Joe keeps coming back to his hometown of Danville again and again, but enjoys the occasional escape into the woods for some camping.
